Hotel Mikado is a modern 4 star hotel located in the city of Nitra, in the western part of Slovakia. It is tastefully designed using pleasant colours that create the atmosphere of peace and harmony. The professional attitude can be seen in every detail. The hotel is suitable for business travellers as well as for tourists. In all the premises of the hotel it is not allowed to smoke. There are special places for smokers on the terrasses. The hotel follows "green rules" that are environment friendly.
Accommodation is provided in 31 standard rooms, 12 Junior suites and 2 luxury suites. The standard room is equipped with a private bathroom, LED TV, free Internet connection, safe, minibar, coffee and tea making facilities, A/C, hair dryer, dressing gown, slippers. The Junior suite offers more space, a sitting corner and a working corner. The luxury suite offers all the comfort needed for business travellers.
The hotel cuisine is focused on Slovak and international meals. The restaurant services are offered in the Restaurant Rouge and Congress restaurant. The staff of the kitchen and of the restaurant prepare for the guests a gastronomy experience. They use local suppliers, bio products, and herbs typical for the region and of course a wide offer of wines. For those who want to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine with their friends or family may do so in the Lobby bar, Wellness bar or the Kongress bar.
The hotel wellness and relax center offer indoor pools, sauna, squash yard and a fitness. Mikado hotel is suitable also for organizing meetings, conferences or events. The congress hall can accommodate up to 170 people. The guarded parking place is free for the hotel guests.
Due to the current pandemic situation the hotel follows all the neccessary safety rules to guarantee a safe stay for the hotel guests. Masks are obligatory in all public spaces. There is disinfection available at the reception and other common spaces. The places are being regularly cleaned and disinfected with a special aroma oil.
