Forest museum is a live museum that demonstrates the forest itself and the work being done by the woodlanders. The forest museum was created in 2002.
The essence of this museum is 3300 m long "path of forest time" on which there are more than 66 educational stops. These are the evidence about the history of forest, its vital functions, harmony and beauty, work of woodlanders that preserve and use the forest.
All the stops include real three-dimensional exhibits with informative boards in Slovak and English language. Forest museum is attractive for all generations, laymen and professionals as well.
