Bratislava and the Western Part Of Slovakia

The Bratislava region represents a gateway into the Slovak Republic. It´s located between the Danube River and a floodplain forest. The arc made by the Carpathian Mountains stretches all the way to the Danube and under their slopes, you will find fecund grain fields and on the hillsides there you will see vineyards – as the grapevine has been cultivated here since Roman times. Let's go roaming together and discover Bratislava Region´s historic sites and beautiful nature.

ITINERARY

DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN BRATISLAVA

Arrival at the airport, meeting with the local guide, transfer to the hotel*** in Bratislava, welcome drink.

DAY 2 – TOUR OF BRATISLAVA, THE CAPITAL CITY

After breakfast tour of Bratislava and its historical monuments, visit the most important places of the city, have lunch in a traditional Slovak restaurant, continue the tour, return back to the hotel

DAY 3 – TOUR TO SKALICA

After breakfast departure to the town of Skalica, near the Slovak-Czech border, a tour of Skalica and its historical monuments, a visit to the most important places of the town, backing “trdelník” – regional typical sweet pastry, lunch own arrangements, departure to Prievaly, brewery excursion, beer bath, dinner, return back to Bratislava

DAY 4 – TOUR TO PIEŠŤANY, THE POPULAR SPA TOWN

After breakfast departure to the town of Piešťany, a popular spa resort, visit the Spa island, have lunch, try a treatment, and return back to Bratislava

DAY 5 – TOUR TO TRNAVA, THE HISTORICAL TOWN

After breakfast departure to the town of Trnava, a tour of Trnava and its historical monuments, a visit to the most important places of this town, lunch in a restaurant, departure to the village of Dolná Krupá, tasting mead, return back to Bratislava

DAY 6 – TOUR TO NITRA AND CHATEAU APPONY

After breakfast departure to Nitra, visit Nitra town and its historical monuments, the most important places of the town, chocolate tasting and presentation, transfer and Lunch at the hotel Chateau Appony, visit the historical library of Chateau Appony, return back to Bratislava

DAY 7 – SMALL CARPATHIAN TOUR

After breakfast visit the Red Stone Castle, have lunch in a local restaurant, visit the traditional Majolica, regional wine tasting with traditional Slovakian dinner and music entertainment, and return back to Bratislava

DAY 8 – DEPARTURE

After breakfast check out and departure
